At Espacio CReativo Mallorca we want to be transparent with you. Below, we explain clearly our conditions of cancellation, returns and refunds:
The payment of 10€ corresponds to the reservation of a place for a specific date and time in our creative ceramic space.
Pursuant to Article 103.l) of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services related to leisure or recreational activities that provide for a specific date or period of execution.
Therefore, once the reservation has been made, no cancellations or refunds are allowed, unless the activity is cancelled by Espacio CReativo Mallorca.
The ceramic pieces that you paint during your visit are paid for additionally at the studio, at the end of the activity.
As this is a face-to-face purchase, there is no legal obligation to accept returns, except in the event that the product is defective or does not correspond to what was contracted.
No returns of painted or used parts will be accepted, except for manufacturing defects.
If you detect that a ceramic piece has a manufacturing defect, please notify us at the time so that we can offer you an appropriate solution.
Defects that are typical of the manual painting and glazing process will not be considered defects, as they are part of the creative experience.
